What is the best home video secret for making great videos?

This is a fascinating (and a bit creepy) bit of animation. One of the things worth noticing is that, unlike most animation that tries hard to make frame-to-frame as smooth as possible, this one is jerky and inconsistent on purpose. Slightly different angles and exposures, random "extras", etc. all add to the effect.
And, of course, just seeing how many ways a person can come out of another person...well, you'll have to see it.

There are many ways to add text to a video, from simple subtitles to videos that are nothing but text.
Here is a creative example that is set in/on a computer screen (Mac OS), with words popping every which way from the applications appearing on the desktop.
